Woody’s Sports Center specializes in private, Port Aransas charter fishing trips. Whether your purpose is a family outing or entertaining business associates and clients, you’ll get first class treatment with us!
PRIVATE BAY FISHING CHARTERS:
HALF DAY (5 HRS): $500 (2 PEOPLE) + $50 EACH ADDITIONAL
FULL DAY (8 HRS): $650 (2 PEOPLE) + $100 EACH ADDITIONAL
**NOTE: 6 PERSON MAX ON ALL PRIVATE CHARTERS**
The Port Aransas area offers the finest fishing for speckled trout and redfish on the Gulf Coast. Our bay fishing fleet features boats up to 25’ in length especially designed for fishing the bays and jetties of our area.

40′ OCEAN SUPERSPORT (WITH A/C)
(6 HRS): $1,700 1-6 people SNAPPER SEASON ONLY

Our boats range in size from 25’ to 50’ and accomodate parties from 1 to 6 people. These are clean, safe offshore boats manned by experienced, licensed captains. We offer 8-hour trips, trolling or drifting for kingfish, ling, small shark, or dolphin or a an extended trip for snapper, sailfish, large shark or the grand daddy of all game fish, the blue marlin.
RESERVATIONS:
All arrangements can be handled in person or by phone. We require a deposit of $200 to reserve your boat. This deposit is 100% refundable up to 48 hours before the trip or if the trip is cancelled by weather. We will accept a credit card number or a personal check for your deposit.. Half-day trips are also available.
All charter prices include bait, ice and tackle. Boat lengths are approximate. Actual price determined by investment or amenities of the individual vessel. Prices subject to change without notice. Discover, Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted.
**Note: All persons 17 and older are required to have a Texas fishing license and saltwater stamp on ALL trips. We advise getting these before the scheduled fishing day.
Extended trips for marlin, sailfish, red snapper or shark quoted on request.
Group Outings & Corporate Packages
These group outings are excellent for sales incentives, entertaining suppliers or buyers, family reunions etc. Woody’s Sports Center has the facilities and expertise to produce your event in a first class manner with minimal headaches on your part.
Fishing – Private guide boats handle from 3 to 6 persons per boat. All boats and equipment are first class and well-maintained with experienced fishing guides.
Dock Facilities – Woody’s has an area for a tent should you desire. Tents, tables and chairs are available for rental upon request.
Catering – Port Aransas has several fine restaurants that are available for catering or we can work with your caterer. One popular catering touch is to cook your own catch from the day’s outing.
Weigh Station – If you would like to incorporate a fishing tournament into your event, we can handle your weigh-in. This service includes scales, measuring board, weigh masters and computation of results. We will also be happy to help you with your tournament rules.
Accommodations – We will gladly recommend lodging for your specific needs.
Auxiliary Activities – For members of your group who are not participating in the fishing trips, we can arrange other activities. These activities might include boat rides, jet skis, parasailing or golf.
We will be happy to provide free cost estimates for your event. If you decide to proceed, we will help you with all aspects from scheduling to completion. These events require considerable “lead time”, so call now. We will help you produce a first class event.
